Main technical features are blocked rotor protection, thermal protection, soft start, over current protection, under/over voltage protection and speed control. An input signal 0-10 VDC or PWM is used to set the speed. Upon customer request a speed output information or fault output signal is available. These blowers are appropriate for applications where relatively high pressure and high flow are needed. These blowers are available in 1.600W and 1800W version. We also implemented new code system for 7,2” blower. DC versions are also available upon request.

New generation blower special feature is 3 phase commutation. At low operating point (up to 50% of nominal power), the blower has very low noise and is suitable for application, where noise is important matter. As option we can offer this blower with 3 phase (400V) supply. We also implemented new code system for part numbers. DC versions are also available upon request.

Available in 145 mm (5,7") Diameter version | This is our new worldwide brushless solution, which could be used from 120 V (+/- 10%) and 230V (+/-10%) supply voltages respectively. This blower could be manufactured in 497 and 791 series of our blowers and can achieve up to 750 Watt nominal power.
All other features are same as by other our brushless motors, which could be used for wet and dry aspiration. Blowers consist of brushless motor with integrated controller built on fan system with one to three fan stages and tangential discharge or radial discharge.

Brushless motor (Diameter Φ 83mm) | maintenance free operation combined with high efficiency. The high efficiency help to reduce the energy costs of the complete system. A high efficient brushless motor uses about a third less energy as conventional AC motor.
For high speed brushless motor an inner rotor is used. In 780 series is used stator with diameter φ 83 mm, which is suitable for various high-speed applications. For different usage we can modify: housing, flange, sealing and protection of the motor, shaft, speed regulation and complete design up to customer request. We have capabilities to modify also the cooling of the motor, which could be achieved in various options.
